Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Iconfyra (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and InkWired Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Iconfyra.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account, API keys, or login credentials with unauthorized parties.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

3. Our Services

Iconfyra provides the following services:

• Icon Library - a collection of SVG icons in multiple themes and weights
• CDN Delivery - hosting and serving icon assets via a content delivery network
• API Access - programmatic access to icon data, search, and SVG retrieval
• Self-Hosting Downloads - downloadable asset packages (paid plans)
• Collections - custom icon kits with embeddable CSS/JS (paid plans)
• Team Management - shared access to resources under a team owner's plan

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans

Iconfyra offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Max subscription plans. Plan features and limits are described on the Pricing page.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe or Paddle. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
• Assets downloaded during an active subscription remain licensed for continued use in projects created during that period (see our License page).

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the Service. Contact us to request a refund.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific limits for API calls, CDN bandwidth, pageviews, collections, and team seats. These limits are described on the Pricing page and enforced automatically.

• Exceeding your plan's limits may result in temporary throttling or service restrictions.
• We will notify you when you approach your plan limits.
• Persistent overuse may require upgrading to a higher plan.
• Attempts to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions are prohibited.

6. License and Intellectual Property

The use of Iconfyra icons, fonts, and code is governed by our License Agreement. By using the Service, you agree to the license terms applicable to your subscription plan.

• All icon designs, fonts, and code are the intellectual property of InkWired Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• Your subscription grants you a license to use these assets as described in the License Agreement.
• You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property through your use of the Service.
• The Iconfyra name, logo, and brand are trademarks of InkWired Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated tools beyond the provided API
• Redistribute Iconfyra assets as a competing icon library or asset pack
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the API to create a service that replicates or competes with Iconfyra

8. API Usage

• API access requires a valid API key tied to your account.
• API keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly.
• You must not embed API keys in client-side code that is publicly accessible.
• API usage is subject to rate limits based on your plan tier.
• We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these Terms.

9. Team Accounts

• Team features are available on plans that include team seats (Basic and above).
• The team owner is responsible for all activity by team members.
• Team members share the owner's plan limits (collections, API calls, bandwidth).
• Resources created by team members (collections, API keys) belong to the team owner's account.
• Team members can be removed by the owner at any time.
• If a member leaves or is removed, resources they created remain with the team owner.

10. Termination

By You

You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data, API keys, collections, and usage history.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You materially breach these Terms
• You use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Your account poses a security risk to other users or our infrastructure
• You fail to respond to a notice of violation within 30 days

We will provide notice before termination where practicable and give you a reasonable opportunity to cure any violation.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• The Service will meet all of your requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkWired Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
